Fabulous Freshers' Week

The start of term saw a busy week for the DUCA team, with street teams out around Durham city and stalls at the Freshers' Fairs both at the DSU and, for the first time, at Queen's Campus in Stockton. With record sign up to our mailing list and many new members, this was followed up by a welcome BBQ for all our latest recruits and those considering joining us. Luckily the weather was kind and a good time was had by all! This was quickly followed by PCC campaigning activities, the first of our new 'pint and policy' events and a 'Typically Tory' bar crawl, making for an exciting first few weeks!
