Election Day!

The day is finally here: Christmas day for politicos - the 2015 General Election! We began the day with a whistle-stop tour of the City of Durham Constituency (before voting ourselves, of course!). We then donned our rosettes and toured the University campus hoping to persuade some student-voters, before leafleting in the Market Sqaure. We had a great reaction around the City, particularly from those who had become dissatisfied with the complacent Labour Party in Durham and our sitting Labour MP. Some people even stopped Rebecca for election-day selfies (sigh...).
